We ship all orders across India within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary by location, typically 7–15 working days after dispatch. Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is shipped.
As our ghee varieties are rare and authentic, sourced from trusted Goshalas and Gopalaks across India, a few types are produced in small batches by our partners. These selected varieties may require pre-ordering or come with a longer delivery window of 7–15 days. We maintain limited availability for such batches to preserve their freshness, nutrition, and purity.
We truly appreciate your understanding and patience. At House of Ghee, our goal is to bring you pure, traditionally made Desi Cow Ghee, not the regular A1 ghee easily available in markets — ensuring you always receive authenticity and quality in every jar.
Return & Exchange Policy
At House of Ghee, each jar is freshly packed with care to maintain purity and quality.
As our products are food-grade and perishable, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging with us at houseofghee.india@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. -
Refunds (if applicable):
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
